About Judy Sapos

Judy Sapos is a nationally recognized communications strategist and corporate social responsibility (CSR) leader who brings Fortune 500 experience to mission-driven brands and nonprofits. She’s led campaigns and managed reputation for Kraft Heinz, McDonald’s, Nestlé, U.S. Steel, and Healthcare Organizations, where she currently leads CSR and community partnerships.

As founder of Sapos Communications, Judy works with select clients—executives, nonprofits, and purpose-led teams—who want messaging that aligns with their values and drives measurable impact. Her work has earned honors including AMA Marketer of the Year, the PRSA Silver Anvil, and the IPRA Golden World Award.

Deeply committed to service, Judy sits on the boards of the Three Rivers Adoption Council and Cancer Bridges, and actively supports the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank and Pittsburgh Cultural Trust. Her approach is simple: align your voice with your values—and lead with purpose.

Judy is passionate about her work and brought a wonderful positive can-do attitude to every task while consistently delivering top-tier results and outperforming all metrics at Kraft Heinz. She led our Brand Public Relations initiatives and was responsible for many award-winning PR campaigns, generating tens of millions of impressions for our brands. Judy is a results-driven communications professional, and I would not hesitate to hire her again. She possesses the intelligence, integrity, and commitment necessary to succeed in the world of business.

Judy is a super energetic and innovative communicator; she’s able to take business strategy and activate it to grow an organization’s reputation. She built positive, mutually beneficial relationships that helped grow McDonald’s business and is a fantastic, collaborative team member. Chief of Staff and Head of Communications, McDonald’s
I've had the pleasure of working with Judy both professionally and as a volunteer and Board member. We both worked very successfully at a Pittsburgh marketing/PR agency, doing public and media relations for many local and regional clients. We've also served on the board of directors for Cancer Caring Center, now Cancer Bridges, a local charity providing free support services to cancer patients and their families. Judy is always very upbeat, works quickly, comes ready to collaborate, share ideas, and leverage her significant connections in the market to benefit clients or the charity. Judy is always prepared to get the job done as effectively and efficiently as possible.
